ŽŪB „Nematekas“ enhances its positions in the segment of healthier meat products and is going to launch new “Premium” product group next week. The Frankfurters "Premium” will be the first product of this group to enter the market.

Egidija Vaicekauskienė, the head of the Company, told that constantly growing demand for top quality meat products and populations’ health concerns encouraged the company to develop the range of healthy meat products.

„New products have been developed exclusively by following the functional food standards. The products made in this way satisfy physiological body requirements, maintain optimum human health condition and wellbeing”,- says E. Vaicekauskienė.

As told by the Head of the Company, the frankfurters are expected to gain popularity among the healthy living supporters. They are enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids for better heart performance and improved metabolic processes.

100 g „Premium“ frankfurters contain 0,3 g omega-3 semi saturated acids, which account for 20 percent of recommended daily dose proposed by nutrition professionals. 

„These products are exclusive in Lithuania, because they contain Omega-3 acids naturally obtained from flax seed oil”- says E. Vaicekauskienė. 

„Premium“ frankfurters will be available for sale next week.

The company extended the product group „Jokių E“, which includes products free of any hazardous E-labeled additives such as allergens, nitrites, preservatives, colourants, flavour enhancers and acidity regulators.
