History

“Nematekas” started its activities in 1994 and gradually grew into a large meat processing company, producing over 80 tones of meat every day. Over 16 years “Nematekas” has visibly expanded the scope of activities and the assortment. Currently there are more than 600 employees in “Nematekas”. The company’s annual turnover grows by 25 % every year.

In 2005, the logo of the Company was changed. The new one is witnessing an important change in the activities of Nematekas, i.e. a turn towards the healthier food. This is also witnessed by our products – sausages with probiotics, free of additives, i.e. the whole line of products labelled with the Healthier Family logo.
