The main goal of the company is to serve the highest quality meat products to its consumers, therefore the company annually invests 2 mln. litas into equipment upgrade, new technologies and production methods. The company has successfully introduced Quality Control System.

The company has installed the state–of–the–art equipment from Switzerland, opened poultry slaughterhouse, and upon receipt of SAPARD loan established poultry processing factory. Production process is fully automated, observed and analysed with the help of computer software. “Nematekas” has two EU certificates for meat products and poultry which opened the doors to the EU countries for the company. The company successfully exports its production to the EU countries (Germany, Ireland, England, Denmark, Sweden, Holland, Latvia, Estonia) and Russia.

The projects of improvement update are in process thus ensuring even higher quality of the products, further increase in performance, more automated production processes, and better employee and product safety.

"Nematekas"  acquires the most up-to-date production, processing and packaging equipment only from reliable and EU-certified manufacturers. The majority of the plant equipment is from Germany, Switzerland and Spain.
